ILLINOIS FRIENDS…Your donation can provide you with a 75% income tax credit when you give through our partners at Empower Illinois. Your gift goes directly student scholarships.

For example, if you donate $800 to HPM, you will receive a $600 tax credit.

If you donate $8,000, you will receive a $6,000 tax credit.

Montessori materials make our environment a beautiful place to learn and give our children the ability to learn through their own hands-on exploration. Financial and in-kind donations are welcome.

Our current material needs include:

A recent encyclopedia set, science supplies for experiments, and complete Montessori materials.

We are looking for both financial and in-kind donations for our play garden.

Needs include:

Rainsuits, waterproof mittens/gloves, child- and adult-sized benches, child- and adult-sized picnic tables, perennial native plants, and small aluminum or stainless steel pots and pans.

Needs include:

Beads with large holes, embroidery thread, yarn, tempera paint, child-size paintbrushes, watercolor paper, chalk, white glue bottles, glue sticks, pencils, oil pastels, colored pencils, construction paper, and printer paper.
