Humboldt Park Montessori is currently enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year in grades preschool to 2nd grade.

Step 1: Fill out the Initial Enrollment Application below to be added to our waitlist.

Step 2: HPM staff will inform you if there are spots available. As of January 2024, there are spots and financial aid available at all grade levels.

Step 3: If requesting financial aid, fill out the FAST financial aid application.

Step 4: Within 2 to 3 business days HPM will provide you with your financial aid amount and invite you to set up an account with FACTS Tuition Management for the payment of your tuition.

Step 5: Set up your tuition payment account and fill out the Final Enrollment Application.

Step 6: Your child’s enrollment spot is confirmed!
